We are dedicated to empowering BAME youth through skills and mindset development. We support young people to complete their education with confidence, a positive outlook, and a strong sense of societal belonging. As a leading provider of IT, communication, and personal growth training, we help BAME students build skills and resilience for their future. Through donations and community support, we work to prevent social exclusion, reduce educational disparities, and promote meaningful contributions to society. All young people who go through inspired youth aglow programmes obtain a BTEC Level ii qualification in community safety, sustainability or technology.
Access
As young people graduate they gain access to further mentorship and guidance to help them improve their employability and gain access to higher education.
Voice
We help young people make themselves heard in their local community, giving them a voice to push for change and obtain leadership roles .
